If it's determined that the home is suffering from rainwater intrusion, a report of recommended repairs including plan drawings (when applicable) will be provided. Often times, stopping basement or crawlspace flooding is as simple as repairing gutters, or improving the landscape. If a waterproofing system already exists, we will test it and provide our opinion on how effective it is and also how far into the future it's expected to continue to be effective.
