Service Description

If you suspect mold and mildew is growing inside of or under your home, you can book this service for a basic inspection to determine if mold is present. A thorough visual inspection of the area will be performed. We will also swab a portion of the suspected area (additional cost) and send it in to a lab for analysis. It's important to verify mold is present before jumping into costly repairs. If you live over a crawlspace, this service includes a thorough investigation of the entire space, including checking insulation batts (if present) for moisture. The $225 consultation includes an investigation, moisture testing (relative humidity as well as wood or drywall surfaces), and recommended treatment options if remediation is needed. If requested, a surface can be tested for mold ($50 additional). We also offer Air Quality testing for and additional $100.
